Dr. Karen Hill
Tuscarora Turtle clan from Six Nations
of the Grand River Territory

Dr. Karen Hill is Mohawk Turtle Clan from Six Nations. She completed both her medical education and family medicine residency at McMaster University in 2003 and 2005 respectively. She now works as the lead physician with the Six Nations Family Health Team, is a part time faculty member with McMaster University Faculty of Health Sciences-Department of Family Medicine, Board member of the Six Nations Polytechnic a community controlled post secondary institution, and member of the Indigenous Elders and Youth Council.

Her passion is to see Creator given traditional ways of healing, knowing and being resume a central role in health care for Aboriginal people.
